December 12 , 2007
West alley work has been completed and the west alley has been re-opened. East alley work will begin after the first of the year (2008). The work is to complete replacing (and upsizing) the storm sewer for the north half of the alley as well as to install 2 new garages, new curbs, and to surface the parking area with fresh asphalt when complete.

September 17 , 2007
Lock Lane will be starting work on phase 3 along the east of East Lock Lane in mid September. The alley to the east has been approved as a working zone so residents using this alley should use caution or alternate routes if possible. Additions and garages are planned for the rear of these buildings. Certain trees have been scheduled and approved for removal to accomodate these additions and to remove dead trees which are currently a potential hazard. This site will keep you updated as to any new events.
